Kombrucha brew is underway, my friend
The sweet tea base is steeped and cooling, the crock is cleaned and
placed in a warm nook, the SCOBY pair are aquired, and things are about
to Kombucha brewing here. I am a tingle with anticipation. To think that
the symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast are living organisms that
create such a healthful and tasty beverage treat.
